Findings of multiple myeloma - lytic lesions in the glenoid and multiple ribs with healing pathological rib fracture.
Case Discussion
Find one lytic bone lesion, look for another. Multiplicity helps narrow the diagnosis to (essentially) between metastases and multiple myeloma.
