Presentation

Hand lacerations? fracture.

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Dressings overlie the hand. No acute bony injury identified. Bony protuberance from the ulnar aspect of 2nd proximal phalangeal shaft has features consistent with an osteochondroma.

Case Discussion

Osteochondromas are not uncommon incidental findings on x-ray.
