Unclassified cerebellar dysplasia and callosal dysgenesis

Presentation

Developmental delay and hypotonia

Patient Data

Gender: Female

The left cerebellar hemisphere shows reduced volume, disorganized & vertically oriented cerebellar folia,multiple enlarged vertical clefts, bumby gray-white matter interface and lack of normal arborization of its white matter.

Posterior fossa left retro-cerebellar arachnoid cyst shows a thin hypointense wall. 

Dysgenesis of the corpus callosum with widely separated parallel lateral ventricles showing mild colpocephaly.

Right frontal cortical dysplasia and subependymal grey matter heterotopia.
