Pulmonary arteriovenous malformation

Presentation

Cough and hemoptysis.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

A solitary rounded opacity is present in the right lower zone. There is no pleural effusion and the cardio-mediastinal contours are normal. A CT was arranged.

There is a lobular structure with identical density to it's feeding vessel which is a pulmonary arterial branch. The draining vessel is a pulmonary vein tributary. No other lesions are seen. There is an incidental heterogenous indeterminate 10 cm right adrenal mass.
