The MRI shows bilateral choroid lesions with typical high signal on DWI.
There are multiple cystic components with high signal on T2 and low signal on T1 images.
Another finding is a venous cerebral angioma in the right frontal lobe.
Case Discussion
Choroid plexus xanthogranulomas are common, incidental, and almost always asymptomatic lesions.
