Wrist pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Non-united scaphoid fracture with degenerative changes at the radial scaphoid fossa, between the scaphoid and the capitate, and possibly between the lunate and scaphoid. 

Case Discussion

SNAC wrist stage II with borderline involvement of the scapholunate articulation (i.e. stage III).
