Large acute subdural haemorrhage over the left cerebral hemisphere with additional blood seen tracking along the falx. Haemorrhagic contusions can also be seen involving the right temporal and frontal poles.
Marked midline shift and transtentorial herniation (poorly demonstrated) is present with haemorrhage seen within the pontomesencephalic junction consistent with a duret haemorrhage.
