Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Irregular lucency inferomedial to the glenoid with cortical disruption of the scapular spine medially. 

x-ray

Scapular fracture extending from the glenoid fossa to the medial aspect of the scapular spine. No rib fracture or pneumothorax. No dislocation.

Case Discussion

Isolated scapular fractures are uncommon, and usually result from high-energy trauma.
