Right iliac fossa transplant kidney measures 10.6cm in length. Good perfusion. Single renal artery with high velocities proximally may indicate normal post-transplant high flow or stenosis. Intrarenal resistive index measures 0.65-0.70. Antegrade flow in single renal vein. No significant perinephric collection. No AVF identified.
