Multiple intra-articular variable sized small cysts are seen in anterior medial joint space that are septated and smaller ones in intercondylar area likely represent intra-articular cysts.
A small similar one is seen near the tibial insertion of the ACL and other overlying the cephalad segment posterior ganglion cysts related to ACL termed ACL ganglion cyst.
