Bilateral temporal bone fractures and intracranial haemorrhage mostly centred intraparenchymally within the frontal temporal lobes. There are further areas of subdural, extradural and subarachnoid haemorrhages throughout the brain. Evidence of sulcal effacement and narrowing of the basal cisterns.
