Presentation

34-year-old male who presents with vomiting and history of peptic ulcer disease. His past medical history is also significant for syncope and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy diagnosed in 2010. Subsequently, a chest radiograph and ultrasound were also obtained at presentation. He was then diagnosed with an atrial septal defect measuring 2.7 cm.
