Axial CT demonstrates a “sausage” mass (pseudokidney sign) with central low-attenuation mesenteric fat along with vessels. Coronal CT demonstrates the intussusception mass.
There is duodenal, jejunal, ileal and colonic polyposis, compatible with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome.
