Focal swelling involving left angle of mandible region for the last 4 months. No pain.

Pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland

There is a well-defined, hypoechoic lesion in superficial lobe of left parotid gland. There is no calcification / cystic changes / flow signals in lesion. There is posterior acoustic enhancement. Rest of the gland shows normal echopattern without dilated ducts / other lesions.
Superficial lobe of right parotid gland and bilateral submandibular glands were normal ( images not uploaded )
Case Discussion
Middle aged female presents with painless enlarging mass in left angle of mandible region.
Ultrasound shows a hypoechoic lesion in superficial lobe of parotid gland.
FNAC revealed pleomorphic adenoma.
