Diagnosis probable

Presentation

A pregnant patient presented to the Emergency department, complaining of severe right lower quadrant pain of one day duration.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Enlarged, edematous right ovary with no detected vascular flow on Doppler examination.

Gravid uterus with normal fetal biometry.

Simple left ovarian cyst (incidental finding).
