The humeral head is dislocated in the anterior inferior direction, there is evidence of a previous rotator cuff repair with surgical anchors noted within the humeral head.
There are signs of degenerative changes, however a small bony fragment just lateral to the glenoid could represent an acute Bankart lesion.
The humeral head has an irregular posterosuperior outline, this could be an associated Hill-Sachs deformity.
