Non-contrast CT shows a sellar-suprasellar mass (maximum diameter 5,5 cm x 5 cm), predominantly cystic, multiloculated, partially solid, with calcification inside. This lesion causes compression of the midbrain and the third ventricle, resulting in expansion of both lateral ventricles, with periventricular hypodensity, due to transependymal oedema.
