Left lower lobe irregular mass which occupies the posterior basal segment of the left lower lobe and extending to the pleural surface.
A nicely demonstrated abnormal vessel is seen arising from the thoracic aorta to supply the mass.
Case Discussion
The CT findings are keeping with a pulmonary sequestration.
