Female patient complains of small sized right breast.

Patient Data

Age: 18 years
Gender: Female

Absent right pectoralis major and minor muscles.

Significantly smaller-sized right breast with normal parenchyma with no detected mass lesion or cysts.

Case Discussion

Poland syndrome is a congenital disease in which the pectoralis muscle is absent on one side with subsequent asymmetric chest size.
