Presentation

Bilateral hip pain

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Increased density of both femoral heads. Crescent sign is seen in the left femoral head and ill-defined border in the right femoral head.

Loss of volume and sclerosis of the left femoral head.
