One presentation of craniofacial FD is cranial nerve palsy. The abducens nerve is most commonly involved, due to its long course. In this case, there was facial nerve impingement. Unfortunately, there was no dedicated high resolution CT scan or MRI available for demonstrating the facial nerve.
