Moderate sized left cerebellar developmental venous anomaly with a 4mm vein recruited from the left transverse sinus.
The remainder of the intracranial appearances are normal.
Case Discussion
Classical appearance of a developmental venous anomaly (DVA) with the caput medusae appearance. This is often an incidental finding on MR imaging. The DVA is best appreciated on MIP SWI images.
