Dilatation of the intrahepatic bile ducts and common bile duct (common bile duct 20 mm).
The gallbladder is filled with multiple gallstones.
Multiple filling defects (stones) are seen within intrahepatic bile ducts and common bile duct.

MRCP has an overall accuracy far superior to CT and US in depicting calculi in the bile ducts.
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with sphincterotomy is the treatment of choice for choledocholithiasis.
