Pericallosal lipoma is of two types:

• Curvilinear type: as in this case which is curvilinear in shape taking the shape of the pericallosal sulcus. Its thickness is less than 1 cm, in this case is 0.65 cm
• Tubulonodular type: is rounded or tubular in shape with a thickness of more than 1 cm

Common association is corpus callosum agenesis or dysgenesis as in this case.
