Curvilinear corpus callosal lipoma is seen interhemispheric in the pericallosal sulcus measuring 0.65 cm in thickness, 4 cm in length and 0.5 cm in height.
It exhibits T1 bright signal, less bright signal in T2, suppresses on both T1/SPIR as well as T2/FLAIR with fat saturation. It shows chemical shift artifact around in T1WI. No diffusion restriction
Corpus callosal dysgenesis evident.
Normal signal intensity of both cerebral hemispheres with no definite focal abnormalities.
Normal size and configuration of the ventricular system.
Normal posterior fossa.
