Neck masses.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Homogeneously and intensely enhancing soft tissue lesion seen at the carotid bifurcation bilaterally, with splaying of the ICA and ECA.

Case Discussion

The masses are pathologically proven carotid body tumors. Bilaterality is not common.
