Right side Y shaped collecting system is noted with the incomplete duplex ureters joining at the level of the L3/4 intervertebral disc space. The distal ureter has normal caliber, however radio-opaque a non-obstructive stone is seen in the distal right ureter.
Case Discussion
Duplex collecting system is a common congenital anomaly of the urinary tract with 0.7% occurrence. If unobstructed; they are commonly asymptomatic and discovered incidentally.
Ureteric stones are mostly migrate from the kidney.
