Abdominal distension, vomiting, and pelvic pain. Ovarian stimulation treatment two weeks ago.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Bilateral ovarian enlargement with multiple ovarian cysts. Ascites.

Also, bilateral pleural effusions and associated atelectasis.
