Salter-Harris type II fracture

Oblique fracture through the distal radial metaphysis reaches the physis with secondary physeal widening in keeping with a Salter-Harris type II of the distal radius.
Proximal ulnar isolated widening of the physis with a preserved metaphyseal and epiphyseal cortices with a minimal lateral deviation of the physis in keeping with a Salter-Harris type I of the distal ulna.
Mild edema of the subcutaneous tissues of the wrist.

A 12-year-old boy with trauma shows two types of Salter-Harris fracture involving the distal radius and ulna.
