Diffuse heterogeneous increase in density within the vitreous of the right globe as compared with the left.

Typical senile calcific scleral plaques @ the medial and lateral rectus insertions. Clear (fluid density) vitreous bilaterally.
Case Discussion
Spontaneous (non-traumatic) vitreous hemorrhage is uncommon and usually due to diabetic retinopathy, or retinal tear and/or retinal detachment. Although not typically caused by anticoagulants, patients taking such drugs will have more substantial bleeding.
