Minimally displaced fracture through the anterolateral distal tibial epiphysis. Talocrural alignment and the syndesmosis are preserved.

Case Discussion

A Tillaux fracture is a Salter-Harris III fracture through the anterolateral aspect of the distal tibial epiphysis.
