Presentation
Chronic back pain
Patient Data
Circumscribed, mixed density, partially enhancing, solid/cystic mass extending into the right L5-S1 neural foramina. The mass demonstrates fluid-fluid levels. There is mass effect upon the right iliopsoas muscle. There is no osseous destruction. Mild bony remodeling at the inferior aspect of the right L5 transverse process.
