A stable well-defined extra-axial calcified lesion which was seen in the posterior fossa resting on the inferior aspect of the tentorium cerebelli suggestive of calcified meningioma.
Ventricles are unremarkable in size.

This case diagnosed as a presumed posterior fossa meningioma has undergone follow-up imaging, showing stable appearances over 8 years.
