The spleen is missing; a few (about 4 in number) variable sized enhancing lesions are seen at the anatomical site of the spleen, two just lateral to the greater curvature of the stomach, one just anterior to the distal portion of the gastric body and another one seen indenting the inferior border of the right hepatic lobe averaging 1.9 x 1.5 cm (largest).
