Presentation

Known osteogenesis imperfecta.

Patient Data

Age: 20
Gender: Female
x-ray

Bilateral bowing deformity of the femur, tibia and fibula secondary to underlying osteogenesis imperfecta. 

Intramedullary nail within the right femur. 

Significant muscular wasting bilaterally. 

Lower limb length: right - 71 cm, left - 69 cm.
