A radiologist described a suspicious and asymmetric region in the upper lateral quadrant of the right breast but didn't actually described any particular lesion.

A breast composition is described as ACR C.

There are some calcifications with no particular significance.

Ultrasound was advised.

Ultrasound examination revealed irregular hypoechoic lesion in the upper lateral quadrant, closer to the border of lateral quadrants, non-parallel to the skin, with some posterior shadowing and without increased vascularity.

There were no morphologically changed and enlarged lymph nodes in the axilla.

BI-RADS report for the right breast was 4C.

Case Discussion

Biopsy has been performed and the result was invasive lobular carcinoma.

This patient's menarche was at the age of 14, she had two deliveries and negative family history.
