Presentation

Left pleural drain insertion. Surgical emphysema developed in proceeding days.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

CABG.

Left pleural drain.

Extensive bilateral surgical emphysema with air tracking between the muscle fibers giving striations which form the ginkgo leaf sign.
