Lifelong history of headaches, worsening for the past 2 months. Every time she turned her head to the back she would feel dizzy and get a severe headache.

Non-enhancing mass with multiple cysts in the third ventricle extending to bilateral thalami, tectum and pineal region
Case Discussion
Stereotactic biopsy demonstrated Rosette-forming glioneural tumor (WHO Grade I).
As the patient became less symptomatic, no treatment was performed at this point. Patient will follow-up yearly.
