The huge calcified intraventricular mass located in the right lateral ventricle, foramen of Monro, 3rd ventricle, suprasellar cistern, aqueduct, upper part of the 4th ventricle with a slight inhomogenous contrast enhancement, no hyperperfusion
Prominent occlusive triventricular hydrocephalus, no transependymal edema
Increased sella turcica depicts long-term neoplasm process.
Case Discussion
A calcified lesion involving 3 ventricles and suprasellar cistern leading to hydrocephalus could be rather a central neurocytoma due to the typical foramen of Monro location.
