Bilateral pneumocaths, the right tip does not appear intra-thoracic; the left is associated with a focal area of consolidation, which is potentially pulmonary haemorrhage. Left basal lucency and deep sulcus sign suspicious for a pneumothorax. Right ICC tip projects over the apex. Left ICC tip is not in the thoracic cavity, projecting over the left axillary soft tissues.
