Splenic rupture with associated moderate to large haemoperitoneum. No splenic arterial pseudoaneurysm or active contrast extravasation identified. There is rupture of the splenic capsule with splenic laceration and parenchymal haematomas measuring up to 4.5 cm in diameter through the inferior pole, consistent with a grade 3 injury.
