No evidence of dysmotility (images not uploaded). Incidental duodenal diverticulum is revealed.
Case Discussion
The large duodenal diverticulum was confirmed at endoscopy, but was the only abnormality.
The cause for dysphagia was put down to gastro-esophageal reflux and symptoms improved with standard PPI (proton pump inhibitor) therapy.
