Ventricular shunt coiled in the right upper quadrant, compatible with the patient's known VG shunt. Multiple other discontinued shunts identified, including a ventriculoatrial shunt.

A ventriculogallbladder shunt is a very uncommon route of CSF diversion, used when a ventriculoperitoneal shunt cannot be used for whatever reason.
