CT
Axial CT scan through abdomen shows 51x43 mm colonic fatty (average -50HU) mass with fine septae. The mass has smooth borders without any sign of agressive feature. It is located in transverse colon causing colo-colonic intussuception. Although there is no dilatation in proximal part of colon or small bowels, rectal contrast does not reach the proximal part, stays distal to intussucepted segment and the mass.
