Two < 3 mm focal non distensions of the main pancreatic duct are seen in head and neck. Disruption of pancreatic parenchymal in the tail region with a 17 mm focal segment of the main pancreatic duct appearing to communicate directly (proximal and distal ends) with a large peripancreatic collection.
Common bile duct and hepatic biliary tree, gall bladder and cystic duct are normal.
