Possibly aetiologies include subpulmonic effusion, collapsed lung, diaphragmatic eventration, diaphragmatic hernia, phrenic nerve palsy, and sub-diaphragmatic pathology.
Elevation of the left hemi-diaphragmatic is noted with bowel and stomach in place.
No parenchyma lesion is noted.
