Swallowed coin foreign body with situs inversus

Solitary round metallic foreign body in the RUQ. Dextrocardia, mirror image mainsteam bronchi and left hemidiaphragm higher than the right suggest situs inversus, in which case the foreign body is likely projected in the stomach.
No pneumoperitoneum, pneumothorax or pneumoediastinum.
