1.8cm multicystic lesion in the head of the pancreas which is connected to pancreatic duct side branch.
Minor side duct ectasia in the neck of the pancreas.
Prominent main pancreatic duct measuring 2mm.
Liver and gallbladder normal in appearance.
Case Discussion
Classical appearances of a side duct IPMT with a multicystic lesion in the shape of a bunch of grapes hanging from its stem.
The vast majority of these lesions when of the side duct type are benign but follow up imaging is required.
