Esophageal and tracheobronchial stents. Longstanding bilateral hilar opacities and RML consolidation is stable when compared to the previous CXR from 6 months earlier. Superior mediastinal widening. Elevation of the left hemidiaphragm.
Case Discussion
This patient had a diagnosis of advanced non-operative esophageal malignancy, which had eroded anteriorly into the superior mediastinum through the trachea.
