There is a lobulated mass in sellar and suprasellar region with encapsulation of optic chiasm and nerves. It has direct contact with ACI a ACA bilat., ACP dx.
There are also another two mild enhancing lesions between vermis and right cerebellar peduncule and at the anterior esgeedge of the left cerebellar hemisphere.
